Rabbalshede Kraft appoints Mads Miltersen as CEO
The Board of Rabbalshede Kraft has appointed Mads Miltersen as the new CEO of the company. He succeeds Håkan Frick, who has been acting CEO since August 2016.
Mads has a background from EnergiMidt where he has held several positions, including CFO and CEO. Prior to EnergiMidt Mads has held various positions such as Manager Finance at Ericsson Diax and auditor at BDO.
Manor Group acquires sustainable clothing company Ecoalf Recycled Fabrics SL
MADRID, LUXEMBOURG (February 23, 2017) - Manor Group announced today that it has acquired 65.9% of Ecoalf Recycled Fabrics SL and has entered into a framework agreement to provide capital dedicated to grow the company in the coming years. Ecoalf is a leader in the design and manufacturing of clothing from recycled materials.
Ecoalf was created in 2012 by Javier Goyeneche to realise innovation in sustainable clothing. More than a conscious clothing brand, Ecoalf’s mission is to create the first generation of recycled products with the same attention to quality and design as the best non-recycled products in the market. Current initiatives operate to manufacture discarded fishing nets, PET plastic bottles, used tyres, coffee, post-industrial cottons and wool into high quality yarns and components for clothing, accessories and footwear. In order to ensure transparency and provide the highest levels of quality, the Ecoalf team manages the full process from waste collection to recycling technologies, manufacture, design and retail.

Greystone Infrastructure Fund partners with Manor Group in Swedish renewable energy platform, Rabbalshede Kraft
TORONTO and LUXEMBOURG (February 2, 2017) – The Greystone Infrastructure Fund (“Greystone”), managed by Canadian institutional fund manager Greystone Managed Investments Inc., and Manor Group today announced that Greystone has acquired an equity interest in Rabbalshede Kraft AB (publ) (“Rabbalshede Kraft”), an established developer and operator of wind projects based in Sweden.
Formed in 2005, Rabbalshede Kraft is a renewable power producer that owns and operates 71 turbines across 8 proprietary wind farms and manages a total of 334 MW across 139 wind turbines.
“Greystone’s investment in Rabbalshede Kraft provides scalability for future deployment of capital on behalf of our institutional investors and establishes a strategic foothold in the Nordic renewable market,” said Jeff Mouland, head of Greystone’s infrastructure strategy. “Investing in quality, mid-market assets that can provide our investors with a mix of long term cash yield and capital appreciation is a key focus of Greystone’s investment strategy. Agrinos Announces Conversion of Bond with Strategic Investors
Agrinos announces that it has completed the conversion of the outstanding Senior Convertible Bond into 34,760,275 shares at the agreed conversion rate of NOK 4 per share. Following completion of the conversion of the Bond the Company's share capital is NOK 1,532,386.57 divided among 153,238,657 shares each having a par value of NOK 0.01.
The bond, issued on November 12, 2014, was guaranteed by Agrinos' shareholders and strategic investors Manor Investment S.A. and Havfonn AS, as well as former Board of Directors member Gerardo Esquer.

Rabbalshede Kraft signs service and maintenance agreement with Gnosjö Energy
Rabbalshede will be responsible for the management and operation monitoring for Gnosjö Energy's four wind turbines with an installed capacity of 10 MW and a yearly production of about 22.5 GWh of electricity.
